Within the Netherlands:
Shipping costs for all orders are € 0,95 per delivery.
Orders above € 10 are free of shipping charge.
Europe EU:
Shipping costs for all orders are € 2,95 per delivery.
Orders above € 20 are free of shipping charge.
EU countries are: Austria, Croatia, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal and Romania.

RETURNS
Return policy:
It is our goal to deliver a quality product to you. If upon delivery the product does not meet your expectations you can return it within 14 days after delivery. Miss pepper seed only accepts returns if the product packaging is undamaged, and the product is unused. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
We highly recommend using trackable mail or delivery confirmation. Without this, lost packages cannot be refunded. We will reimburse the amount via your original payment method within 5-10 working days. Please note that depending on the payment process the creditation might take some additional days.
How to return? Follow these steps:
1. Please complete the return form included as a print-out in your order.
2. Please include the item(s), the packing list and the return form in the original packaging.
3. Send your return to the address provided on the return form.
